Number 10: Myak
Located in northeastern Russia, Mayak is an industrial complex that experienced an accident in 1957 known as the Kyshtym Disaster. During this disaster, an explosion caused 100 tons of radioactive waste to be released into the environment, exposing more than 400,000 people to radiation. The International Nuclear Event Scale measured it as a 6, meaning it was the third worst nuclear disaster of all time. The only two that were worse were Fukushima & Chernobyl.
As it was operated by the Soviet Union, the activities at Myak were top secret & the public was not immediately informed about its happenings. A week after the explosion, 10,000 people from the surrounding area were evacuated, though they still did not know what was going on. While it is not entirely clear how many health issues can be attributed to this incident, some believe that as many as around 8,000 people died over a 30-year span. Others estimates count anywhere between 50 to 200 fatalities. But even before the accident actually took place, dangerous material was released into a nearby river that also subjected the area to high radioactive exposure.
Other accidents at the complex have put humans & the environment at risk as well. From 1953 till 2000, dozens of minor accidents as well as two major ones occurred at Myak. At one point, a dried up polluted lake called Lake Karachay began releasing radioactive particles into surrounding bodies of water during a heavy rainstorm in 1967. Heavy winds spread dust & radioactive material from the lake over to the town of Ozyorsk.
Number 9: The Santa Susana Field Laboratory
Located in the Simi Valley of Southern California, the Santa Susana Field Laboratory was used from 1949 until 2006. The complex had many uses over the years. It was used to research government-sponsored liquid metals, to develop liquid propellant rocket engines for NASA, & to house nuclear reactors. Over the years, four of the ten nuclear reactors experienced accidents.
In July, 1959, one of the worst nuclear reactor accidents in U.S. history occurred at the site. After the site saw a nuclear meltdown, it released what is believed to be an enormous amount of radioactivity. The exact amount was never specified. Some estimates say that it was as much as 458 times the amount released during the Three Mile Island disaster of 1979. Earlier that year, the same AE6 Nuclear Reactor was leaking fission gas, which was likely to be the cause of the meltdown that occurred months later.
In 2006, scientists & researchers concluded that contamination from the accidents as well as sodium burn pits—which were used to clean sodium contaminated objects—might have been responsible for as many as 300 to 1,8000 cancer deaths.
Number 8: Three Mile Island
Mentioned earlier, this accident garnered much national attention & occurred in 1979 at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. On March 28th, 1979, a mechanical failure at the site resulted in nuclear reactor coolant being leaked from one of the reactors. When all was said & done, a large amount of radioactive gases & iodine was released into the environment. The exact amount has not been explicitly made known.
The extent of the damage was so bad that initially, all pregnant women & young children within a five-mile radius of Three Mile Island were evacuated. It eventually extended to a 20-mile & ultimately a 30-mile radius. About 140,000 of the 635,000 people in the area chose to evacuate, & many of these folks returned within weeks of the accident.
An investigation found that the accident occurred due to human miscalculations & a valve malfunction. The cleanup effort lasted four years, from 1979 till 1993. Aside from the health & environmental toll the accident took, it also badly damaged the development of nuclear energy. Plans to build 51 nuclear reactors were canceled & it wasn’t until 2012 that another nuclear power plant was authorized for construction.

+ˈsībər Yeah, I know. I wasn't thinking straight when I posted this, because that's how I comment on youtube apparently.
My point stays though, there is a difference between radiation and zombies, vampires, mass murder etc.
Well I guess not really, if you think of it a certain way.
I'm just gonna go now XD

Japanese 'naked restaurant' to ban overweight diners
AFP News
AFP News
June 10, 2016
Diners will fork out up to 80,000 yen ($750) for tickets at Tokyo's first naked restaurant
More
Japan's first "naked restaurant" opens in Tokyo next month with draconian rules of entry -- podgy prospective diners will be weighed and ejected if found to be too fat.
Following the lead of establishments in London and Melbourne, "The Amrita" -- Sanskrit for 'immortality' -- also has strict age restrictions, with only patrons between 18 and 60 allowed in, after they check in their clothes and put on paper underwear provided by the restaurant.
"If you are more than 15 kilos (33 pounds) above the average weight for your height, we ask you refrain from making a reservation," a list of rules posted on the restaurant's website states, explaining that patrons could be weighed if they do not appear to be within the correct weight range.
Guests found to be "overweight" will be refused entry to the restaurant, which opens on July 29, and will not be entitled to a refund, its website points out. All payments must be made in advance on an online booking page.
The list of rules asks visitors not to "cause a nuisance to other guests" by touching or talking to fellow diners. Tattooed customers are barred from entry.
Those who meet the restaurant's entry requirements will be asked to lock away mobile phones and cameras in a table-top box.
The restaurant owners were not immediately available for comment when contacted by AFP.
Guests will fork out up to 80,000 yen ($750) for tickets entitling them to eat food served by muscle-bound men wearing g-strings and watch a dance show featuring male models.
Meal tickets, not including a show, will cost from 14,000 to 28,000 yen depending on choice of menu. CommentsComment guidelines

This naked restaurant should be banned because it's an occult destroying innocent minds making them sex addicts. This is much worse than a censored video because you see real naked people. Obviously when you are naked you feel hot so how can people stop them from touching. common sense! Where are you Pope Francis, can you stop this foolish idea?

"Give - and you will have treasure in heaven"
And as he was setting out on his journey, a man ran up and knelt before him, and asked him, "Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?"
And Jesus said to him, "Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone. You know the commandments: `Do not kill, Do not commit adultery, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Do not defraud, Honor your father and mother.'" And he said to him, "Teacher, all these I have observed from my youth." And Jesus looking upon him loved him, and said to him, "You lack one thing; go, sell what you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me." At that saying his countenance fell, and he went away sorrowful; for he had great possessions. And Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, "How hard it will be for those who have riches to enter the kingdom of God!" And the disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus said to them again, "Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God! It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." And they were exceedingly astonished, and said to him, "Then who can be saved?" Jesus looked at them and said, "With men it is impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God." rs and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the age to come eternal life.
- Mark 10:17-27
Meditation: What gives hope and satisfaction to our desire for happiness and security? A young man who had the best the world could offer - wealth and security - came to Jesus because he lacked one thing. He wanted the kind of lasting peace and happiness which money could not buy him. The answer he got, however, was not what he was looking for. He protested that he kept all the commandments - but Jesus spoke to the trouble in his heart. One thing kept him from giving himself whole-heartedly to God. While he lacked nothing in material goods, he was nonetheless possessive of what he had. He placed his hope and security in what he possessed. So when Jesus challenged him to make God his one true possession and treasure, he became sad.
"Lord Jesus, you have captured our hearts and opened to us the treasures of heaven. May you always be my treasure and delight and may nothing else keep me from giving you my all."

2 Corinthians 4:16-18
In these three verses, the concept of faith continues. For us, most important is "even though the outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day." What is Paul describing here? It is the process of dying and renewing. The outer man—the shell, the body—is decaying. What causes it to decay? In the context, it is the trials of life—the perplexities, the afflictions, the persecutions, the solitude.
The outer man is decaying through the trials of life, while the inner man is being strengthened through the same trials. The energy of the body is spent in doing God's will, and it is being transformed into the energy of the spirit. Moses was so energized that Deuteronomy 34:7 says that at the age of 120, his natural forces, his vigor, were not abated.
We are aware of this principle because transformations of energy take place all around us every day. Energy from the sun strikes the earth, and plants transform that energy into leaves, flowers, and fruit. The energy of a river can be transformed into electricity, which in turn is transformed into light and heat—one form of energy turned into another.
Paul is saying that, if we yield to God, though it expends our physical energy, it will be transformed into Christ's likeness. We will become like Christ. The key is to expend our energy in doing the will of God, otherwise the right fruit will not be produced. Even though we have to sacrifice ourselves in doing it—we give up our time, our energy, our resources—what will be produced is spiritual energy. Our physical energy will be transformed into the beauty and power of the spirit until death, and then the resurrection will release the full power of the spirit. All along the way, the fruit of that process will be true conviction because we will know God.
We Christians have this treasure in earthen vessels. If we submit to God's discipline—expending ourselves and yielding to God in the little things day by day—we will see our conviction grow. Then, if people call us into account, we will not be worried because we know absolutely—because we have lived it. This is the kind of faith God wants us to have.

2 Corinthians 4:17
One source, God, produces the commonality that makes us a spiritual Family. He engineered and created it. He is the personality who guides, directs, and accomplishes this unity through His Holy Spirit. All of His teaching, His truth, is being funneled from the Father through the Son, Jesus Christ, and out to the church by means of the Holy Spirit.
We hold a critical position in all of this because we have the power to accept or reject His truth, and the acceptance or rejection of the truth of God determines if we will have greater and better fellowship. We will either become a more unified part of His Family or less. Our choice is the critical factor.
God is faithful. He has done what He has done. He has initiated the contact, making the bridging of the gap possible through Jesus Christ. He has given us the mechanism by which a relationship can be accomplished, and now the critical part is in our hands: yielding to the truth that He gives to us. If we yield, then God's creative efforts in us are not going to be frustrated.
