I was interested in volunteering there a few months ago, when I discovered in their website that it is crazy expensive to have that experience. You will need to pay not only for accommodation and food at work and home, but also transportation and a monthly fee for admin or whatever purposes! There is more than meets the eye here.. The workers get the perceived value of not being subjected to typical Indian working conditions. There’s the incentive.
